Tax and GST Free purchases for overseas travellers

With purchases of a value of $500 or greater you can buy at a GST-free price if you are travelling overseas! We have an arrangement with "The Collection Point" at Auckland International Airport that enables us to provide this facility.

The process is very simple. Once you have made your selection just add it to your "cart" in the normal way. Once at the Shopping Cart you enter the coupon code TAX and the GST will automatically be removed from the item. You then proceed to the Checkout and payment screen to complete the transaction. At the Checkout (in the comments field) we need the following information from you:

*Name of person travelling
*Flight number
*Date & time of flight

Once you have completed the transaction you will receive a printable receipt immediately with all your purchase details on it. We will then package your purchase and deliver it to "The Collection Point" at the Airport where you can collect it after passing through customs, before boarding your flight.

The Collection Point is 100% secure and is a facility that is long established and used by many leading New Zealand retailers. It is on the "air-side" of the airport so your purchase is completely safe. Also, until you collect your parcel its care and insurance is our responsibilty - there is no risk to you at all.
